Water Damage in Chillicothe, MO

This water damaged bedroom was the result of a leak in the ceiling due to an ice dam. The water traveled down the bedroom wall cavity, across the floor joists and ended up pooling above the ceiling in the kitchen, causing the ceiling to become weak and fall in. The after picture was taken 3 days after we arrived on site. We removed all of the affected materials in the kitchen and bedrooms and applied an antimicrobial to prevent mold growth. Thankfully we were able to locate the cause of the water intrusion and prevent any further damage to the customer's home.
