Mold Remediation in Polo, MO

This mold contamination was due to the result of a leak in the roof while a modular home company was delivering a home to a customer. SERVPRO of Chillicothe/Cameron/Richmond arrived at the customer's home and was able to give the customer a thorough inspection and identify mold growth in the attic as well as what was visible inside of the home. We removed the affected drywall due to the extent of the contamination and removed blown-in insulation that was saturated in water, causing the mold growth. We applied antimicrobial to all potentially affected areas and the result was a mold free home ready for reconstruction.
