Water Damaged Floor in Hamilton, MO

This water damaged floor was a result of an overflow from an AC unit drip pan. The leak traveled along the interior wall and caused a puddle to buildup in the first story ceiling. The build up caused a leak in the ceiling and affected the first story floor as well. This picture was taken 5 days after setting up our floor drying system. We were able to remove all the excess moisture in the hardwood flooring, remove the cupping caused from the water and save the customer and insurance provider the hassle of replacing all of the hardwood flooring.
